WILLIBALD SCREENS Back to Willibald main page FLEXSTAR 3000 – Screening perfected Once the original materials have been shredded and (depending on the material) turned over several times, everything has to be screened. That's because only perfect separation of the different-sized components delivers a perfect result. From compost and bark mulch to wood chips to nutrient-rich soil - the finest possible screening WILLIBALD-style guarantees maximum size consistency with every material. Powerful screening of 3 fractions in a single operation The new FLEXSTAR 3000 star-type screen was designed for the purpose of screening biomass, compost, pre-crushed old wood, bark mulch and wood chips into three fractions in just one operation, and then discharging it separately. The FLEXSTAR 3000 really comes into its own when conventional screening technology reaches its limits. Damp and sticky bulk materials that tend to quickly stick to screen bases are screened out efficiently and economically. A material discharge belt height of around 3.80 m allows a large storage capacity under the screen, and consequently optimized wheel loader operation also. The FLEXSTAR 3000 is assembled on a chassis with an 80 km/h road license, a standard pneumatic system and ABS, and is driven by a powerful 75 KW (102 HP) 4-cylinder Perkins Diesel engine. This produces its maximum torque at 1,600 rpm and complies with the current emissions regulations. At the same time, the low consumption values and a large 150l Diesel tank guarantee long periods of uninterrupted operation. The compact size of just 10.30 m provides the required mobility and optimum operation even where space is at a premium. The large infeed hopper guarantees even loading and thereby high throughout of up to 160 cbm per hour combined with exact material separation. The core of the screening system is the screen decks developed by J. Willibald GmbH with finger metal bars on flexible shafts. The modular design allows the screen to be used as a 2-fraction screen or a 3-fraction screen. The changeover is hydraulic and is performed easily and quickly via the remote control. Efficient screening of 3 fractions in a single operation for precise biomass, compost and wood chip processing Steplessly adjustable Diesel hydraulic drive Large-volume hopper (approximately 6m) Fine-grain, medium-grain and coarse-grain stages can be set via the speed of the star shafts Space-saving and economical screening inlays Modular replacement possible of screen deck for fine stage and coarse stage Areas of use: Biomass, compost, wood shavings, wood chips, bark mulch target groups: compost plants; humus plants; Bio mass power plants Features : Flexible use (can be used in a variety of materials) Works well even with damp material compact construction: Can be used even in restricted spaces thanks to short design Quick & easy changeover from the transport position to the working position diesel hydraulic drive actual (159 HP Perkins engine) Chassis with 80 km/h road license – ABS standard big material infeed hopper Large material infeed hopper – material fed in by means of endless floor with high carriers– speed continuously adjustable by potentiometer Stepless adjustment of the individual screen decks (speed of the star shafts) - the grain size and quality can be determined by this Both screen decks can be easily changed (approx. 2h per screen deck) The metal finger metal bars are individually changeable Easy to maintain thanks to components that can be moved away All components can be operated by radio control (optional) Easy operation > Automatic Start – Stop Machine can be moved at crawling speed Greater dropping distance possible thanks to longer conveyors Modular design (can be optionally used as a 3-fraction or 2-fraction screening system) Brochure Back to Willibald main page

  • Agritotal | CLEANFIX fans

CLEANFIX is revolutionizing engine-cooling systems. Our reversing fan solutions clean radiators, contribute to optimal cooling and extend the lives of machines. CLEANFIX SELF-CLEANING FAN AgriTotal is the exclusive distributor for Cleanfix reversible fans in New Zealand. Cleanfix products are available through AgriTotal and our dealership network. CLEANFIX self-cleaning fans are commonly used around the world and here in NZ. OUR FANS CLEANFIX SELF-CLEANING FANS Maximize cooling efficiency and minimize downtime with Cleanfix self-cleaning fans. Unlike traditional fans, Cleanfix reverses blade pitch for powerful cooling and cleaning — boosting performance, reducing fuel costs, and optimizing autonomy. Through the evolution of diesel emissions regulations, countless hours and dollars have been invested in optimizing the design of cooling packages to balance performance, physical size, and serviceability. A high performing cooler will have a trade-off in serviceability, an easy to clean cooler will be too large for the application, a smaller cooler will not meet the heat rejection requirements… a vicious circle. Add now to the mix the introduction of automated machine operation, where a clogged cooler is now possibly hours of down-time and (lost revenue!) to have a person travel to the machine for service. Evolution of Reversing Fans The traditional solution to some of these issues is to use a hydraulic reversing cooling fan. These systems have proven to be durable and somewhat effective in keeping coolers clean and machines running efficiently, but only somewhat. The reversing of the fan rotation does reverse the flow of air through the core, but at only a fraction of the efficiency with which the fan cools. The net result is a severe reduction in cooling performance during the relatively long cleaning cycle. The hydraulic drive system is effective to allow for fan reversal but also comes with a compounding factor of inefficient cleaning and hydraulic system losses. These are the compromises once the machine is in the customer’s hands; there are many more that affect the entire manufacturing process. First is cost; hydraulic drive systems are very reliable, but the combination of pumps/motors/hoses/adapters soon adds up in product costs. Second is part count; the typical hydraulic fan drive system can introduce up to 5x more parts to the fan drive alone. These additional components require sourcing, logistics for delivery, floor-space within the manufacturing organization, and labor to assemble. Third is complexity; with each component added the fan drive system, another line is added to the FMEA (not including control strategy programming!). Revolutionary Design for Optimal Cooling Efficiency A unique solution is available to address these considerations; the Cleanfix® fan. The Cleanfix® fan is not a reversing fan; it is an engine mounted, belt driven fan that fully reverses the blade direction on command while the fan continues to spin in the same direction. This allows for the air flow to reverse direction (at any engine speed or power level) and produce the same pressure and flow characteristics for cleaning the coolers as was designed for cooling. This same technology can be applied to vary the attack angle of the blades, matching fan power to the cooling requirements. This operating principle also brings advantages over the most advanced viscous clutch fan drives as well. Cleanfix® fans are direct driven from the belt drive, eliminating the slip-losses associated with a viscous clutch. The effect of Autonomy Cooling system maintenance has always been at the very best a begrudging experience. The main initiator being the machine operator; either a warning light or buzzer is active, or the cabin air conditioning unit ceases to function due to a clogged condenser. In either case it is a sensory input to the operator which initiates the dirty job of cleaning the cores. With the rapid adoption of autonomous control, those sensory inputs are replaced with electronic monitoring and telematic systems. With all the advantages that this brings; the absence of an operator also means that there is no longer on-site maintenance at hand. The prospect of a simple blow-out of the cooling system being possibly hours away eats into the payback proposal that autonomous operation presents. A Cleanfix® self-cleaning fan system removes this concern by automatically cleaning the cooling system on a pre-determined schedule. Even if the cleaning interval is in the hours, the time savings of the person attending to the regular fuel and lubricant needs of the machine are quite measurable when avoiding cooler clean out. Smaller Cooling Packages, Constant Cooling Performance A scheduled, automatic clean out cycle combined with the availability of high power cleaning can have a direct correlation to overall cooling package size. Without the worry of trash loading on the cooler face, or dust loading in the fins, a tighter fin spacing and/or more aggressive fin profiles can be used than with other fan drive technologies. An additional benefit of the Cleanfix® fan system is that there is very little loss in cooling performance during the self-cleaning cycle. Hydraulic fan drives must reduce fan speed to zero, then reverse the fan direction (to operate in an inefficient manner) to achieve the cleaning cycle. During this time there is a marked decrease in cooling system performance, leading to potential heating issues in high power / high ambient temperature applications. With the quick action of the Cleanfix® blade reversal, there is nearly zero time with no air flow. The patented blade articulation also ensures the same fan performance during the cleaning cycle as in the normal cooling position. These features combine for seamless operation, regardless of engine load or ambient temperature. Cost-Effective Integration with Minimal Maintenance Integrating Cleanfix® fans into a cooling system design offers considerable cost advantages. Unlike hydraulic systems that involve expensive components and complex installations, Cleanfix® fans are simple to install and require minimal upkeep. The simplicity and low cost of integration make Cleanfix® fans an excellent solution for Off-Highway OEMs aiming to reduce the complexity and expense of their engine cooling systems. Moreover, Cleanfix® fans lower the risk of costly downtime and repairs. With fewer moving parts and a reliable, self-contained design, the risk of failure is significantly reduced compared to other fan drive systems. Regular Radiator Cleaning Is Crucial for Efficiency Maintaining clean radiators is essential for optimal cooling performance and minimizing fuel consumption. Partially plugged radiators can cause a substantial, hidden parasitic loss in engine power. Increased air restriction causes a higher fan inlet static pressure for a given air flow. To compensate for the reduced cooling capacity of a partially plugged radiator, the fan must work harder, which results in considerable energy loss. For example, a 5-6 kW increase in parasitic loss (not uncommon) can increase fuel consumption by 1.5 to 2.0 liters per hour. Cleaning radiators frequently reduces these inefficiencies and minimizes the risk of engine damage, maximizing fuel efficiency. - ( 6KW = 250g/kwh x 6 = 1500g/h x 0,85 kg/l = 1,8 l/h) THE CLEANFIX ADVANTAGE 01 REDUCED MACHINE DOWNTIME Automatic radiator cleaning means no more stopping work due to blocked radiators. The unique way the Cleanfix fan blades reverse means only Cleanfix can give maximum radiator cleaning performance. Cleaning all the way through even multi-layered cooling packs. Engine coolant, hydraulic oil and even air conditioning condensers all benefit from regular cleaning keeping your machines working harder for longer. 02 LOWER MAINTENANCE COSTS Reducing engine and hydraulic overheating issues leads to increased component life and fewer breakdowns. The precise airflow produced by Cleanfix Thermo-Control fans maintains optimum operating temperatures for reduced strain on the engine and hydraulic components. Cleaner air conditioning condensers maximise HVAC efficiency and reduce the load on the cab HVAC system resulting in reduced maintenance requirements. 03 HEALTHIER MACHINE OPERATORS Manual radiator cleaning is dirty work and potentially harmful to human health. Removing this task keeps the machine operator in the safe, clean environment of the cab. Improved air conditioning efficiency keeps them cooler and more comfortable too. Machines working in composting, waste recycling and demolition environments can have radiators clogged with material containing asbestos, bacteria spores or other hazardous materials. These are released in higher concentrations when the radiators are cleaned out manually presenting an even higher risk to the operative. 04 REDUCED FUEL CONSUMPTION When radiators are kept clean they are much more efficient. This allows the Thermo-Control Cleanfix variable pitch reversing fan to run at lower blade angles consuming less fuel. By automating the cleaning process radiator efficiency is continually maintained maximising the fuel-saving effect. Traditional viscous clutch fans deal with clogged radiators by increasing their speed in order to maintain the required airflow. This dramatically increases the power draw of the fan as well as increasing the amount of debris drawn into the radiator! 05 INCREASED POWER OUTPUT Diesel engine cooling fans can consume Huge amounts of horsepower generating the high airflows required in modern machines cooling packs. Being able to precisely control the pitch of the fan blades and automatically keep radiators clean makes the Cleanfix reversible fan incredibly efficient. This minimises the power consumption of the fan. Reduced cooling fan power leaves more useful engine power output increasing productivity. • AgriTotal | Vervaet Hydro Trike

AgriTotal is New Zealand's exclusive importer of Vervaet Hydro Trike for slurry handling. View their online showroom today. VERVAET hydro trike The success of the simplicity or the simplicity of the success? Vervaet developed the hydro trike together with and with the demand from contractors, who were experienced in handling slurry. The concept was right from day one ,and the machines conquered the market in a few years time. Now , more then 20 years later, the Hydro Trike is still the favorite machine of the contractors that own them, the drivers that operate them, and the farmers who have the machine on their fields. We proudly present: The Vervaet Hydro Trike. Why choose the Hydro Trike? One time over the soil One time over the soil With its three wheel (trike) principle, the soil over the entire working width is equal hitted. This results in a less damaged structure and a better result. Well thought The Vervaet Hydro Trike has since his birth in 1990 the same principle of working. The whole technique of the slurry-cycle is still today in the same way used like in 1990. Unlike many others who time after time with a 'renewal' and / or change. Vervaet believes in the principle of hydro trike and many of us which is reflected in our leadership. Durable The economic sustainability of the Hydro Trike is of unprecedented proportions. Maintenance costs are, by more than 20 years development, reduced to a minimum. That results in a residual value unmatched by none. The characteristics to be in economically sustainable business with your machine. PRODUCT INFORMATION Drive Slurry Cycle Tri-Control Lighting WATCH VIDEO VIEW GALLERY Hydro Trike Drive Drive Simple, but high-tech just the same As simple as it all seems, as modern and high tech it really is. It begins with the DAF Paccar engine which already produces a sturdy 465 HP at only 1400RPM. In good conditions, the maximum power is not needed so the machine can be operated at an even lower speed of 1250 RPM. The front wheel is hydraulically steered and driven, equipped with a disc brake. The rear axle is a combination of a mechanical transmission with 2 speeds, which is driven by an infinite adjustable hydro motor. The oil flow of the 2 pumps is divided to the front and rear wheels, so it is always running at the right speed. The amount of traction on the front or rear is easily adjusted with a button on the drive handle power is not needed so the machine can be operated at an even lower speed of 1250 RPM. One adjustable pump drives the slurry pump. Two adjustable Sauer Danfoss pumps provide the traction drive. The fourth pump is adjustable for the cutting unit. HT Slurry Slurry Cycle The cyclone slurry cutter is positioned behind the slurry pump. This setup is chosen to reduce the resistance to in the suction side of the slurry pump. That is why the tank can be filled quickly. While emptying the tank, the slurry pump keeps running. On the headland the cutting unit switches from injecting to flushing. This concept ensures that the cutter is always cleaned during flushing. Time-consuming blockages are prevented. When switching back to injecting, there is pressure instantly in the elements of the slurry injector. In one sentence: With the hydro trike, it’s all about output. • AgriTotal | Vervaet Beet Eater 625

AgriTotal is New Zealand's exclusive importer of Vervaet Beet Eater 625 harvester. View their online showroom today. VERVAET BEET EATER 625 Sugar Beet Harvester Maximum capacity The Beet Eater 625 can harvest up to 1500 meters before the tank is full (at 50 tons per hectare). You can choose to cart the beet to the heap with the harvester itself, or with the use of tracer bins. Excellent cleaning The Vervaet Beet Eater 625 starts cleaning the beet as soon as they are lifted from the ground. This is because the big turbines immediately sieve out more than 50% of the lifted soil. Resulting in cleaner beets. Most other systems collect the beet and soil in the centre of the machine before cleaning begins. Whole work width covered with tyres The ground pressure is reduced by the six low-pressure tyres. If necessary, the machine can drive with a lower tyre pressure, which causes less soil damage. PRODUCT INFORMATION Topper Harvesting Steering WATCH VIDEO Cleaning Cabin VIEW GALLERY 625Topper Toppers Combi 2 TOPPER: For all possible circumstances You will not find any other harvester with the same features of the Combi 2 topper. There are two ways to defoliate: Integral - the auger outlet is closed, and the beet leaf will get pulverized. With the help of V-shaped caps inside the topper, the leaf is put on rows between the beet. Doing so, the leaf is evenly spread over the entire area. Tractors with trailers alongside the machine will not get covered with leaf rests. If the integral function is selected, the speed of the flailshaft goes up automatically a chosen percentage. This percentage can be set in the computer. Conventional with auger and leaf spreader – the auger pushes the leaves to the right side onto a fast spinning spreader. This large "rotating disc" ensures perfect spreading of leaves over the field over a width of up to 6m. The leaf spreaders’ speed is adjustable, and it can be folded up from the cab. Integral Topper: Perfect defoliation at low costs With the integral topper the leaves are evenly distributed over the entire area. Because it is pulverized, it will be absorbed by the soil much faster. Alongside running tractors are not covered with beet leaf. The topper is light weight, has a compact size, and is cheaper to purchase and maintain. 625HU Harvesting Unit Shear lifter: independently rotating For years, the harvesting unit came with independent oscillating shears. They have the unique point that they each shear individually making a circular motion in the ground. One of the two shears made a lifting movement which gently wiggle the beet out of the ground. At 700 rpm, it means 23 lifting movements per second. The speed of the shears can be set from the cab. Each element follows its row, so the beets are always in the centre of the lifter. The unit has been perfected to require less maintenance than any other shear system on the market. The oscillating shears can harvest the beet shallower, without breaking the roots. It’s virtually impossible to block with stones, or experience problems due to weeds. Oppelwheels: a new chance for old technology Oppelwheels technique, metal lifting wheels positioned in a V- shape, have been around for years. In some circumstances this type of lifting delivers better work than the well-known lifting shears. For example: root crops with a longer root than the beet, such as chicory, can be better lifted by the oppelwheels technology. At the narrowest end of the wheel set, the root is being pulled straight up out of the ground without breaking the root. The oppelwheels follow the rows individually, as well as the lifting shears, so the beets are always in the center of the lifting element. The speed of the oppelwheels is linked to the driving speed so you always get the same harvest motion. This ensures that you can harvest faster than with harvesting shears. Steering Steering The Vervaet Beet Eater 625 features 6-wheel steering. This ensures that Vervaet Beet Eater 625 is extremely agile and manouvrable with a very short turning circle of only 8.5 m. The rear wheels are running off-set between the front wheels. This creates a perfect weight distribution over the whole work width. The field remains perfectly flat. When in auto-steering mode, the sensor for the front wheels is controlled by the lifting elements, and the sensor for the rear wheels is controlled by the feeler on the topper, that senses the leaf of the beet. This way the machine always runs straight on the rows. 625 Cleaning Cleaning The Vervaet Beet Eater 625 starts cleaning the beet as soon as they are lifted from the ground. This is because the big turbines immediately sieve out more than 50% of the lifted soil. Result, the beets are not made dirty with earth. Most other systems collect the beet and soil in the centre of the machine before cleaning begins. 8 turbine cleaning results in a very long and gentle cleaning procedure. The driver can simply set the machine to intensive cleaning and/or just beet friendly. Grab-Roll Cleaning - (option) You can also opt for Grab Rolls, they will replace the eighth cleaning turbine. When you work in extremely heavy, sticky soil sometimes “clay balls” may occur. They will be easily removed by The grab rolls, without damaging the beet. Other matters such as grass or other weeds are effectively removed. Unique to the rollers is that they are all 10 mounted from one side only. This eliminates the chance of weeds etc. getting stuck and blocking at the end of the roll. From the cab you can simply press a button for passive cleaning (rolls turn same direction) or intensive cleaning (rolls rotate towards each other). The grab rolls are not recommended for stony conditions. Cabin Comfortable working place Take a seat in the luxury cab. You will immediately notice the space and especially the overview on the machine. With your back against the chair, you have a perfect view on the lifter and topper, while, if you look behind, the visibility on the Harvested beets in the tank is optimal. • AgriTotal | Artificial Turf Cleaner SKU

AgriTotal are New Zealand's importer of Horger Maschinen artificial turf cleaners and have a range of models and accessories available. artificial turf CLEANER sku AgriTotal import Horger Maschinen artificial turf cleaners to New Zealand. Flow Filled artificial turf is influenced by the environment from the first day on. Dust, pollen, plant particles and abrasion material are washed by rain into the fine cavities of the filling. The result is a total hardened surface without water permeability. The covering infiltrated with particles of humus causes the ideal breeding ground for algae and moss. An artificial turf that is dirty, no longer meet the purpose it was designed for. The risk of slipping becomes extreme and the potential of injury or accident high. Only with consistent maintenance and care can a filled artificial turf maintain its quality and be used effectively for many years. For effective care it is necessary to pick up the filling material off the turf pile in regular intervals. Coarse soiling’s are to be sieved and fine dust filtered. The bent turf fibres shall be reset upright and the filling material brought back to the turf fibres for stabilization. The surface will display an even level after treatment. To be able to work reliably and inexpensively Horger developed their artificial turf cleaner SKU as an assembling unit for compact tractors. There are three different processes that can be done with this machine due to its big brush diameter of 500 mm. 1. Maintenance cleaning: Depending on weather every two to four weeks. Coarse soiling and accumulated dust as well as abrasion is removed. 2. Intensive cleaning with loosening: About every 3 months. Coarse soiling is removed, fine particles like dust, plant rests and abrasion is filtered, filling is loosened, elasticity and drainage effect is maintained. 3. Reactivation of a surface untreated for several years: The hardenings are broken up, most of the filling is taken up, loosened, led back and extensively brought back into the turf pile. Coarse soiling is removed, fine particles, responsible for hardenings, are filtered. The hardened filling is loosened, the artificial turf is loose and flexible again, accident risk decreases and drainage effect is repaired. • REDEXIM | Agritotal | New Zealand

Since 1980, innovative design, craftsmanship and heavy duty construction make Redexim products the standard of quality in the sports turf marketplace. Redexim is a leader in golf course and turf management equipment. A comprehensive range of Rink top-dressing machines and models to suit all applications are available, please take a look below. TOP-DRESSINGS Top dressings help to keep the soil sweet and assist in the breaking down of thatch. Heavy applications of predominately sandy materials on sports pitches can help to shape the camber of the surface and improve drainage. Frequently light dressings in the growing season will help provide first class surfaces. Firm fast greens will require regular top dressings to provide the necessary resilience. Suitable top dressings can be used to connect the surface with drainage layers beneath by brushing them into Verti-Drain holes. Existing soils can be improved and even exchanged by applications of suitable top dressings after a hollow coring program.
