Zemmler

The Zemmler screening plants are completely manufactured in our own factory. In addition to the sale and rental of new and used screening plants, we also offer our customers a repair service and a 24-hour spare parts service.

Our MULTI SCREEN® screening machines are used in the most diverse areas. Thanks to the proven double trommel technology, a wide variety of materials can be screened out without any problems. It enables screening in three fractions in only one operation. Exchangeable wire screen linings ensure optimum adaptation to individual screening requirements.

MS 1000 - Multi Screen

The ZEMMLER® MULTI SCREEN® MS 1000 expands the portfolio of trommel screening machines for gardening and landscaping with a further high-performance professional machine. Due to its lightweight construction of 1.8 t, it can be transported by many common automobiles to the place of use.

In the MS1000, ZEMMLER refrains from using a double trommel and supplies the machine exclusively with a single drum. However, the proven system of the exchangeable wire screen lining remains the same, so that two clean fractions are produced in one operation.

MS 1000

MS 1600 - Multi Screen

The ZEMMLER® MULTI SCREEN® is primarily designed for gardening and landscaping companies. Due to its compact dimensions and low weight, this double trommel screening machine can be towed by vans and small trucks.

With the help of an optional slip-on ring, the machine can be converted into a three-fraction screening machine within a few minutes and can thus also screen (like the large ones) three fractions in one operation.

The electrical operating mode ensures low energy consumption.

MS 1600
MS 3200

MS 3200 - Multi Screen

The ZEMMLER® MULTI SCREEN® MS 3200 was developed to meet the increasing demand for compact machines for small businesses and municipalities, as well as for gardening and landscaping. Basis for this screening machine is the MS 1600. Both screening machines are very similar in construction. The big difference lies in the length of the screening trommel. The loading height of just under 2500 mm was also largely adopted in order to also guarantee loading with the excavators and wheel loaders usually used in gardening & landscaping. With the help of an optional slip-on ring, the MS 3200 can be converted from a two-fraction to a three-fraction screening machine in just a few minutes.
