KB 500 - COMPACT CRUSHER

Our compact crusher KB 500 has a jaw width of 500 x 350 mm and, despite its low weight of just 5 tonnes, can easily handle large quantities of building rubble. It is equipped with a radio remote control for one-man operation. Suitable for building rubble, concrete, paving stones or bricks, the KB 500 is an economically ideal solution for turning waste materials into money again.

The REMAV KB 500 is available as a mobile bike with road approval with TüV (80 km/h), with tracked chassis or for stationary use on runners. You also have the choice between the diesel-electric or purely electric version.

Concrete recycling made easy

The recycling of old building materials has played a major role for years because it represents a valuable resource. This makes it all the more important to shred the building rubble resulting from the demolition of buildings and to separate the individual components from each other. We offer you a whole range of concrete recycling systems, including crushers and our lightweight material separator, with which this can be done easily. Our customers include operators of recycling plants, building contractors and landscape gardeners.

Possible uses of construction rubble crushers

This type of crusher, for example, is used in concrete recycling to break wood, plastics, Styrofoam or other materials from stone or concrete. Recycling crushers are now used, for example, by construction companies, container services, demolition companies directly on site, or recycling centers.

The crushers shred the building rubble. They don't shy away from concrete, brick, asphalt or even limestone. Important factors for use are the so-called jaw width, which defines how large the recycling bulk material can be. Good devices should also have integrated pre-screening. You should also pay attention to the output in tons per hour.

A distinction is made between the following systems: back crusher, impact crusher and cone crusher; the respective advantages and disadvantages depend entirely on the material to be crushed.

KB 700 - CONSTRUCTION RUBBLE CRUSHER

The single swing jaw crusher with a jaw width of 700 x 500 mm has an operating weight of approx. 16 tons. In the wheel-mobile version it is predestined for use directly on the construction site. The vibrating trough transports the crushed material via the pre-screening into the powerful crusher body, which has a hydraulic gap width adjustment. The material discharge from pre-screening and crushed material takes place via conveyor belts, which can be retrofitted with over-belt magnets at any time. The standard radio remote control allows the wheel loader driver to operate it easily. The KB 700 is also available with a crawler chassis or on runners and as a hard stone crusher.

A jaw crusher is not a fine motor skillset. It is used for pre-shredding and coarse crushing of materials that are either medium hard or hard but definitely brittle.

The most important thing in the jaw crusher or jaw crusher, as it is also called, is the crushing chamber. The material to be crushed falls into a funnel and is crushed between a fixed crushing jaw and one that is rotated by an eccentric shaft. The minimum distance, the gap width, set in the crusher system between the two crushing jaws defines the final size of the bulk material. On our crushers, this can be adjusted hydraulically either manually or automatically. A mobile crusher places the broken material into a stockpile via a discharge belt and when a stationary crusher is used, the broken material usually falls into a trough.
