Collecting grass clippings on smaller sod farms
Vacuum Trailer M3 multipurpose is a compact and maneuverable vacuum mower with a bin capacity of 3 m3. They are very suitable for smaller turf farms with an area of approximately 10 hectares. With compact vacuum trailers, you are able to mow and sweep&collect grass clippings and leaves. A powerful fan provides great suction power and is mounted in a housing fitted with a replaceable lining. The fan is driven by a PTO drive shaft attached to the tractor. It requires an output of 35 – 70 hp (26 – 51 kW).
Because the working shaft in the suction hood is exchangeable, compact vacuum trailers can be configured for several tasks. The vented airflow can now be adjusted optimally using the adjustable end of the dust cap. Optionally, the vacuum trailers can be fitted with a handheld suction hose to vacuum materials from hard-to-reach places. The TRILO M3 now has type approval for transport on public roads.

Vacuum trailer M4 Multipurpose is a compact vacuum trailer with a loading volume of 4 m3. With its larger loading volume and working width, the M4 has more capacity as compared to the M3. The M4 is great for clearing leaves, but it also effortlessly sweeps and collects solid waste materials from streets and squares. A very powerful fan provides an enormous suction power and is mounted in a housing fitted with replaceable wear plates. Because this brush shaft is exchangeable in the suction hood, the M4 can be made suitable for mowing or verticutting and collecting in one pass.
The hand-operated suction hose, with a working range of 6 m, makes the M4 truly multipurpose. The Vacuum Trailer M4 does the above mentioned jobs without any problems. But it also removes large amounts of waste material from hard-to-reach places. An M4 is fit for use all year round. A powerful fan in a housing lined with replaceable wear plates is powered by a PTO drive shaft attached to the tractor. This fan requires an output of 35 – 90 hp (26 – 66 kW). Interested? Vacuum trailer M8-M20 multipurpose has more loading volume. Therefore they are able to work longer is possible with the large multipurpose vacuum trucks. Unloading is also quick and easy because these vacuum trailers are equipped with a chain floor. These large multipurpose vacuum trailers can be used for various activities, because the brush shaft in the suction hood is exchangeable. So you can also mow or verticut & collect in one pass. Various work axes are available as an option.
The M-Series vacuum trailers are also additionally equipped with a suction hose that allows you to quickly and efficiently collect huge amounts of waste material. The large M-Series vacuum trailers can be equipped with a suction hose mounted on a hydraulically controlled working arm, but also with a manually operated suction hose. This makes these multipurpose vacuum trailers widely applicable. A powerful fan in a housing lined with replaceable wear plates is powered by a power take-off shaft (PTO) coupled to the tractor and requires a power of 70 – 130 hp (51 – 97 kW. Extra-wide radial tires ensure a very low ground pressure.
A suction hose can be mounted in two different ways:
1. A 350 mm hose on a hydraulically controlled boom that can be optionally operated with a joystick that can be mounted on the left and right side.
2. The large trailers can also be equipped with a flexible suction hose with a diameter of 250 mm and a working range of 6 m. The suction hose is equipped with a sturdy metal end-piece with an ergonomic handle. A caster wheel under the end piece carries its weight while you work, which makes using the suction hose a much lighter task.
