You can use the multifunctional basic tool carrier in combination with a cultivator, scarifier, aerator or a handy seeder. All attachable units (change without the use of tools!) float fully in working position and are mechanically driven via a PTO and heavy duty chains or belts (depending on the model). Scarifying Unit ST200-201 for tool carrier Maredo STrac
Scarifier ST200 and ST201. This ST scarifier guarantees perfect cutting quality thanks to the design of the blades in combination with the speed. You can choose a version with 2.3 mm blades (ST200) @ 40mm or 1.4 mm blades (ST201) @30 mm. Supplied as standard with seven carbide cutting tips per blade. Reverse-rotating blades (rotation against the direction of travel) removes more material with minimal damage to the turf. Easy depth adjustment by turning quick adjusters. Equipped with a heavy duty, maintenance-free chain drive. Ideal for heavy scarifying work, verticutting or just a light grooming treatment.

What can sometimes be difficult with the 'ordinary' spike aerators is the fact that a lot of weight has to be used to push the spikes into the soil and the holes produced do not look good. This is always a problem for small machines because weight does not benefit a small machine. To solve this problem, Maredo developed an innovative technique that uses vibrations to drive the spikes into the ground without needing much weight. The six independent spike sections are mounted on a camshaft. As soon as this shaft is driven, the rolling spikes begin to vibrate. These vibrations help the spikes get into the ground. When the spikes are fully pushed into the soil, the vibrating spikes loosen the soil. Loosening the soil is important for reducing soil compaction and achieving healthy grass growth. It is possible to use the aerator GT210 at mowing speed, after which you can immediately play on the greens again. No disruption to players!
Aerator Unit ST210 for tool carrier Maredo STrac
Aerator ST210. This special aerator is equipped with a unique scarifying system with vibrating spikes. The six vibrating spike sections per ST210 break soil compaction. The vibration system ensures optimum spike penetration, pushes the spikes through hard layers and ensures active aeration. The vibration leaves a nice clean hole, without disturbance. The spikes roll over stones and other hard objects.
