MS 16 - Multi Screen
The Zemmler MULTI SCREEN® MS 16 Pro is designed for gardening and landscaping.
With a maximum weight of 3.5 t, the machine can be easily transported with SUVs and small transport vans. It delivers three fractions in one working procedure and features a purely electric, low-maintenance drive.
The follow-on model of MS 1600 is also fitted with mobile controls and an integrated telemetry module that enables real-time monitoring and remote maintenance. All conveyors and electrical elements are integrated in the plug-and-play design, making it particularly easy to operate and install.

MS 3200 - Multi Screen
The ZEMMLER® MULTI SCREEN® MS 3200 was developed to meet the increasing demand for compact machines for small businesses and municipalities, as well as for gardening and landscaping. Basis for this screening machine is the MS 1600. Both screening machines are very similar in construction. The big difference lies in the length of the screening trommel. The loading height of just under 2500 mm was also largely adopted in order to also guarantee loading with the excavators and wheel loaders usually used in gardening & landscaping. With the help of an optional slip-on ring, the MS 3200 can be converted from a two-fraction to a three-fraction screening machine in just a few minutes.

MS 5200 - Multi Screen
Die ZEMMLER® MULTI SCREEN® MS 5200 represents a convincing solution for all large plants with a high throughput and screening quality in different areas of application with its more than 5 meter long double trommel and a total screening surface of 47 m². The length of the double trommel and the wire screen coverings allow clean separation even with small meshes and cohesive material.
The double trommel and belts operate in perfect unison thanks to the proven diesel-hydraulic drive concept, which is controlled using a simple control panel. The energy-saving ecoMode reduces the machine’s fuel consumption and lengthens the machine’s autarkic working time. As an option, extended conveyors can be mounted to provide more flexibility for material removal.

MS 6700 - Multi Screen
The ZEMMLER® MULTI SCREEN® MS 6700 is the largest mobile screening machine in our product portfolio. It combines size and double trommel technology, opening up new dimensions in processing. With a total screening surface of more than 60 m² and a trommel length of 6.70 m, it offers a maximum performance of up to 180 m³/h. Above all, users with very large throughputs and small mesh sizes obtain optimum screening results.
